Orders & Processing
1. How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 10 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
2. How will I know if my order went through?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email right after checkout. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include:

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (if enabled). Payment is processed securely at checkout.
5. Will I receive a receipt or order summary?
Yes — a detailed receipt is emailed to you immediately after checkout.
6. What if I typed my email address incorrectly at checkout?
Please contact us at [email protected] with your full name and mailing address so we can locate your order and resend the confirmation.
Shipping
1. How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping is $6.99.
2. When will my order ship?
Product is made on demand. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
3. I made a mistake with my shipping address. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Please email us immediately at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your NEW shipping address
If your a order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If the address is invalid, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. We will inform you that the package has been shipped back to us and we will kindly ask that you pay the shipping cost again so we can send your order out.
4. My order shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
USPS/UPS may mark a package as delivered a few hours early. Please allow 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help investigate.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow at least 10 business days for items to print and ship after purchasing.
6. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather delays.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Please be sure to order the correct item or size. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
2. Do you accept exchanges?
No — At this time we do not accept exchanges.
3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email us and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request
- A photo demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly visible.
We will uses this information to help you with your order, and eliminate any errors in future printing. Our amazing customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Product & Sizing
1. How do I know what size to order?
We use Gildan premium apparel for all t-shirts and activewear items. To help you choose the right size, please refer to the official sizing charts below. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.



2. What material are the shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made with premium Gildan 100% cotton or cotton-blend fabric, depending on the color. Each item is soft, durable, and designed for everyday wear.
3. How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:

4. Do the shirts shrink?
Minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash, which is normal for cotton apparel. Following the care instructions will help maintain the size and quality.
5. Will the design fade over time?
Our prints are professionally applied using high-quality methods designed to last. Washing apparel inside-out and avoiding high heat will help preserve the design.
6. What if I’m between sizes?
If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, or if you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.
2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. Your full payment details are never stored on our website.
